Emergency Survival Kit ReturnsCustomer satisfaction is our number #1 priority, and we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of all the items in our Survival Systems. If you have any inquiries, please don’t hesitate to give us a call and we can help you solve any discrepancies.
- You may return or exchange your entire Survival System within 100 days of receipt. (Although we doubt you would want to because they’re freaking awesome!).
- You are responsible for the shipping costs to return kits to our Austin, TX warehouse.
- All returned Survival Systems will be reviewed to ensure all the items are present and in original condition.
- Once your claim has been reviewed and approved by our fulfillment dept., then a refund or credit will be issued.
- Items sent back that do not follow our return guidelines will not be processed and no credit will be issued.
- Please email cs@readytogosurvival.com to receive an RMA # and further instruction.
Restock Fees
We don’t have any. If your order arrives and it is not right, we will fix it. Awesome right?
